Job Description Summary
COMPUTER SCIENCE/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - ADJUNCT:
The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need, and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes.
Minimum Qualifications
To instruct transfer courses: Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Computer Science and/or Information Technology.
To instruct workforce courses: Bachelor's degree in a related field AND five (5) years of work experience within the field.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the Computer Science/Information Technology field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teaching.
