Job description

Palisade Construction performs contract work for Manufactured and Modular homes in East Tennessee. The applicant for this position should be skilled OR eager to learn the following:

  • JOB DUTIES
  1. Install baseboards, casings, and crown molding trim
  2. Caulk and paint trim
  3. Cut, hang, mud, and repair drywall
  4. Sand and paint drywall
  5. Repair and finish textured ceilings
  6. Install interior door frames, jambs, and doors
  7. Adjust cabinets
  8. Seam and stretch carpet
  9. Clean homes after trim-out has been completed
  10. Ability to work underneath and on top of homes
  11. Ability to safely operate power tools, saws, nail guns, and staple guns
  12. Ability to precisely measure and cut materials
  13. Additional duties, as needed.
  • REQUIREMENTS

Palisade Construction works exclusively on NEW manufactured and modular homes all across Tennessee and Alabama. We travel to newly constructed job sites and perform the interior finish work. Even as a young company, Palisade has grown rapidly and holds the majority of work in the area.
