About this job 

As a Sr. Digital Products Analyst at iCrossing, you will be part of an integrated cross functional team driving client outcomes.The Digital Product Architecture group pragmatically utilize iCrossing strengths in all our competencies from strategy to technical delivery and everything in between.You will play a key role in clarifying the client needs and alignment of their long-term goals.You will also be embedded within Agile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution. This is a temporary role and may require you to go into the office 2 days a week, depending on location. 

What you'll do

  • Define and document digital transformation journeys including mapping to pragmatic executable, functional requirements 
  • Assist in performing maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives. 
  • Bridge key stakeholders to enable experience capabilities - work with digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement new customer experience strategies and innovative solutions. 
  • Find and amplify the voices of the customer, employee, and partner to guide innovative, practical digital solutions 
  • Be a key team member in digital technology and strategy engagements - build the client relationship, map key technical inputs, project delivery, and overall program success 
  • Help shape the experience-led growth agenda - use human and market insights to frame future growth opportunities, and help clients to innovate new products, services and business models.

Who you are 

You have: 

  • 5-7 years working with business and technical teams in the digital domain 
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users, business leaders, and technical resources 
  • Experience with digital tools, such as marketing automation, email tooling or web analytics 
  • Demonstrated technical mastery, analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Expert in data driven decision making, eager to learn, creative thinker, entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with strong sense of ownership 
  • Demonstrated awareness of change management and influence mapping to support digital initiatives 
  • Ability to act in a leadership role within project delivery teams 

The estimated hourly range for this position in Chicago is between $56 and $68. For New York City,the estimated hourly range for this position is between $63 and $76. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
