About the Role

EMPLOYERS is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist I to join our in-office call center team. In this role, you’ll support customers via phone, email, and chat—resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries

  • Document interactions clearly and timely

  • Assist customers with online systems and account navigation

  • De-escalate issues through research and effective communication

  • Meet performance and quality standards

Work Environment
