Job description

The Real Property Management Services (RPMS) has responsibility for the Department of Justice's (DOJ) real property asset management programs. Assets include land, buildings, and other structures which are permanent acquisitions (federally- owned) or those that are temporary in nature, e.g. General Services Administration (GSA) assignments and leases. The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst on the real estate administration team supporting the real property, rent, and parking programs.Qualifications:To qualify for the position of Program Analyst, at GS-0343-13, you must meet the specialized experience listed below.
For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service defined as overseeing complex real property programs or operations, such as real property portfolio management, space management, rent or parking management; executing budget formulation and/or execution activities; conducting program reviews, audits, or internal control assessments; developing, interpreting and/or implementing policies, procedures or guidance AND utilizing a financial management system, such as UFMS or UAMS to input, adjust or analyze financial information.
You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 09/03/2026 of this announcement.
