Job description

Account Manager
Seeking an Account Manager who enjoys building strong client and agency relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to deliver great outcomes.
Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for growing client and agency partnerships by building trusted relationships, uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the value over time. This role blends relationship management with consultative selling, serving as the connective tissue between clients, agencies, front-end sales, and fulfillment teams.
Key Objectives
• Grow revenue, profitability, and engagement across assigned client and agency relationships
• Deepen multi-level relationships to drive repeat business and new agreements
• Identify and advance selling opportunities within active and underutilized ("sleeping") accounts
• Ensure fulfillment execution aligns with contractual commitments and client expectations
Core Responsibilities
• Own and expand assigned accounts through proactive relationship development and opportunity identification
• Establish and maintain multiple senior-level and functional contacts across client and agency organizations
• Recognize unmet needs and introduce appropriate fulfillment and financial solutions
• Partner with front-end sales to surface, develop, and close incremental opportunities
• Oversee fulfillment performance, trade credit utilization, and contract adherence to protect and improve margins
• Act as the primary client advocate internally, anticipating risks and resolving obstacles to successful delivery
• Share client insights and market trends to inform sales strategy and marketing efforts
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing senior-level client or agency relationships
• Strong understanding of media, media buying, and/or advertising ecosystems
• Demonstrated success expanding complex accounts through consultative selling
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and close business
• Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in team-based environments
Additional Details
1. All qualified candidates are expected to be in the office five days/week (when not out on client calls).
2. Salary range is $115 - $135K (plus strong comp plan)
3. Free employee parking, shuttle from train station (Additionally, office is 5-to-10-minute walk from train station.)
