Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Schedule: 25 hours/week | Rotating shifts
Business Hours: Monday-Sunday, 7:00AM - 1:00AM

Be part of the magic at one of New York City's most iconic destinations.

SPS is seeking polished, personable, and service-driven VIP Experience and Photography Hosts to create memorable experiences for guests at The Rink at Rockefeller Center.

As a VIP Experience and Photography Host, you'll welcome VIP guests, guide them through their skate experience, anticipate their needs, and help capture picture-perfect moments with Rockefeller Center's iconic holiday backdrop.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver warm, personalized VIP hospitality from arrival to departure
  • Welcome guests, verify tickets, provide wayfinding, and assist with the VIP Skate experience
  • Capture high-quality guest photos at signature locations, including the Christmas Tree and Holiday Chalet
  • Help guests pose naturally and confidently for memorable photos
  • Operate camera and tripod equipment - full training provided
  • Assist with skate rentals, guest flow, retail transactions, and general Skate House operations
  • Keep VIP and photography areas polished, organized, and guest-ready
What We're Looking For
  • Warm, confident, and polished guest presence
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Hospitality, guest services, events, retail, or photography experience preferred
  • Photography experience is highly desirable but not required
  • Comfortable learning camera equipment and posing techniques
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Available for weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and peak periods
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move around for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, and reposition photography equipment and other job-related items as needed
  • Comfortable working on or near the ice and in both indoor and outdoor areas
  • Ability to work in changing winter conditions, including cold temperatures, rain, snow, and wind
  • Ability to safely operate camera equipment in both tripod and free-standing setups
