Licensed required- Inbound call center – morning shift – no weekends – $46K - $50k annually


Insurance company, covering small business property, materials, worksites, fleet vehicles, worker’s comp, etc, is looking for reliable licensed p&c insurance csr agents to work from home


Type of Hire: Temp to hire

Start Date: 8/3 (No time off for the first 8 weeks)

Pay Rate: $21.47/hr – Plus monthly incentives ( Avg $150-$300 monthly with top performers hitting up to $500) + benefits

Location: REMOTE (must live no more than 45-ish minutes of Las Vegas )

Training: 6am to 2.30pm PST

Schedule: 9:30a-6:00p PST M – F

equipment: Will be provided


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from their small business customers with sales and policy related questions and inquiries after the initial sale.
  • Advise on products/plans and make changes to the plans and add or update coordinating services.
  • Discuss coverage options for property, materials, worksites, fleet vehicles, worker’s comp, etc.


Requirements:

  • Must have a valid P&C Insurance license in the state of Nevada. (Personal Lines not accepted)
  • Interested applicants must live within 60 miles of Las Vegas, NV
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree IS REQUIRED
  • Previous Customer Service experience, ideally call center environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
