Requirements Responsibilities -Making our patients feel as welcomed guests to the office -Practice Covid-19 Protocols -Ability to build a rapport with patients and co-workers -Insurance terminology is preferred -Knowledge with Dentrix, Eagle-soft, Open-Dental, or any Dental software -Perform Insurance verifications -Answer telephones in professional courteous manner to patients and coworkers using superior customer service skills.
