Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader who thrives on data integrity and team management? New Hampshire Job Corps is seeking a dynamic Records Manager to lead our administrative data team in Manchester!

In this vital leadership role, you will be the guardian of campus data accuracy, overseeing all student records, tracking compliance, and serving as the center's Accountability Officer. What You Will Do

  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Supervise, train, and evaluate all Records staff, ensuring a supportive, high-performing department environment.

  • Guard Data Integrity: Overlook the Student Records function with absolute compliance, ensuring no manipulation of student data across database systems like OASIS and CIS.

  • Manage Critical Reports: Ensure accurate data entry to facilitate the timely submission of required government reports, including morning attendance checks, leaves, enrollments, and pay.

  • Support the Student Population: Assist students directly with critical administrative matters, such as scheduling, clothing allowances, pay, and government-provided travel reconciliation.

  • Enforce Strict Compliance: Adhere strictly to privacy, confidentiality, and USDOL regulations to ensure full alignment with corporate policy.

  • Collaborate Across Campus: Partner dynamically with other departments to resolve complex administrative problems and ensure cohesive campus delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Degree or technical certification preferred).

  • Two (2) or more years of related supervisory experience in records keeping, electronic databases, or administrative support preferred.

  • Exceptional computer literacy, with deep proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.

  • Strong data analysis skills combined with a clear, professional communication style.

  • Proven time-management skills and the capacity to meet strict administrative deadlines.
