Job Title:          Network Tester

Job Location: Littleton, CO

Job Type:       Permanent Full Time

Description:

Expertise in IP Backbone network 

Experience in Network Automation tool, iTest is must

Experience Cisco and Alcatel Platform

In depth understanding of routing protocols e.g. OSPF, BGP(iBGP &eBGP), MPLS, LDP etc

L2VPN, L3VPN technologies

Knowledge of IPSec, GRE

User level understanding of FTP, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, etc

IP Network knowledge

Skills related to Ethernet, TCP/IP

Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems

Automation tools like Ixia, Spirent

Knowledge of IPTV 

Cisco a plus

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance procedures, system documentation, technical manuals, system diagrams, etc

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Ability to clearly write detailed procedures and technical documentation

Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, customers, peers, or management

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and must be flexible enough to deal with different technical skill levels, skill sets and a highly dynamic work environment and schedules

The ability to creatively approach problems not covered by existing procedures is important

Ability to deal with concurrent problems and issues effectively 

Ability to work under a dynamic and high-pressure environment
