Job Location –Menomonie, WI (Dunn County)
Starting Date –Immediate

Crew 1 (3am-3pm Sun-Tues) *work 36, paid for 40
Crew 2 (3pm-3am Sun-Tues) *work 36, paid for 40
Crew 3 (3am-3pm Wed-Fri) *work 36, paid for 40
Crew 4 (3pm-3am Wed-Fri) *work 36, paid for 40
Bulk Shift 1 (630am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Bulk Shift 2 (3pm-1130pm Mon-Fri)
Starting Pay –$16.00 per hour + $1.00/hour shift differential on nights

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for our night shift production team. As a 1st shift Convertor, you will be responsible for operating printing machinery, assembling orders, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. You will work in a clean, organized, and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions and meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions to supervisors
- Willingness to be cross trained in all other production areas including but not limited to design, print, and converting
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or printing setting preferred, but not required
- Can communicate effectively in English, reading, writing and speaking
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work a full-time shift schedule
- Commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality
- Design candidates need to know Adobe Illustrator or have ability to learn and have other design software experience
