About This Role

If you love turning social performance data into clear, actionable insights, this role is built for you. You’ll help shape content strategy by tracking social and video performance across multiple channels, building dashboards that drive optimization, and translating analytics into recommendations that non-technical partners can act on.

What You’ll Do
  • Track and report on social content performance across multiple brands and channels.
  • Own focused reporting tied to key moments on the content and release roadmap.
  • Build, refine, and maintain advanced Boolean topic queries to support social listening and performance analysis.
  • Design, build, and maintain social data dashboards to support ongoing channel optimization.
  • Ensure program KPIs are reflected in reporting outputs and aligned to performance goals across stakeholder groups.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations, including platform best practices and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a broader analyst team to ensure high-quality deliverables grounded in quantitative analysis.
  • Stay current on community trends, content cycles, and major moments (updates, releases, expansions, key beats).
  • Communicate results clearly to cross-functional partners through polished written summaries and presentations.

Tools & Skills You’ll Use
  • Social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr and native platform analytics)
  • BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • Excel or Google Sheets for clean, accurate reporting outputs
  • SQL for querying and analysis
  • Social listening, campaign performance analysis, and competitive insights

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years in marketing analytics, social analytics, or media/data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with social analytics and reporting (Sprinklr and/or native tools)
  • Experience building dashboards and recurring stakeholder reporting (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
  • Confidence translating data into insights + recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying data for reporting and analysis
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in environments where priorities can shift

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience with tools like Stream Hatchet or Tubular
  • Exposure to BigQuery or similar cloud data environments
  • Interest in entertainment, gaming, or community-driven brands

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
  • Competitive pay at $45/hour
  • A highly visible analytics role supporting content strategy and audience engagement
  • A chance to deepen your skills in dashboarding, social listening, KPI measurement, and storytelling
  • Hybrid flexibility with potential for remote consideration based on team needs

Ready to Apply?

If you’re excited to turn social performance data into insights that improve content strategy and engagement, apply today. Share your resume and (if available) a brief example of a dashboard, report, or insight story you’ve delivered—anything that shows how you connect data to action.
