Job Posting: Grants Support Clerk (Part-Time)
Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time (Title I Funded)
Compensation: $30 per hour (15 hours/week | 2 days @ 7.5 hours)
Duration: May 1, 2026 - September 15, 2026 (Extension possible based on funding)
Job Summary
The Grants Support Clerk provides specialized administrative and clerical support to the Title I
Program Coordinator. The primary focus is managing documentation, budget tracking,
purchasing, and monitoring Title I funded activities to ensure federal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
? Compliance & Documentation: Assist the Program Coordinator in maintaining
meticulous records of Title I purchases, equipment, and personnel.
? Payroll Support: Ensure all federally mandated Time and Effort logs are signed,
collected, and filed according to schedule.
? Financial Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the Title I budget and processing purchase
requisitions.
? Inventory Management: Track inventory of non-consumable Title I funded items
across school sites.
? Reporting: Generate data-driven reports related to program effectiveness and resource
allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Education: Associates Degree preferred.
? Experience: Minimum 2 years in an office environment; experience in a school or
government setting is highly desirable.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and data management
systems.
? Compliance: Demonstrated ability to follow strict federal guidelines and meet rigid
deadlines.
? Communication: Ability to interact professionally with district staff and stakeholders.
? Confidentiality: Must strictly adhere to FERPA and student privacy regulations.
Work Environment
