Job description

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for Hospitality. A professional work environment with teamwork is a catalyst for success.

Server Associate Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of our serving team, you are responsible for ensuring a wonderful experience for all Members and their guests.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet Members, know their names
  • Drink service
  • Taking and ringing in orders
  • Delivering orders to tables
  • Suggestive selling techniques
  • Work as a Team
  • Set up and break down of parties
  • Rolling silverware
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the Clubhouse

Job types: Full-time & Part-time

Pay range: $5.50 per hour plus a 20% service charge on every check in the dining room or patio dining. There are select member events with pooled tips or 17% service charge.
