Receptionist / Administrative Support
Miami Gardens, FL | In-Office | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Pay: Based on experience

Platinum Public Adjusters, is seeking a professional, highly organized receptionist with strong administrative skills and experience handling high call volumes. Prior experience in the insurance or public adjusting industry is preferred but not required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Handle and route multiple incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Assist in scheduling inspections, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation, scanning, and data entry
  • Keep reception and common areas clean, stocked, and organized

 Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience (REQUIRED – please do not apply if you do not meet this)
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
