FREE CNA TRAINING – Part-Time Employment Opportunity
The Gardens at Easton | Easton, PA
Skilled Nursing Facility

The Gardens at Easton is hiring part-time Dietary Aides, Cooks, and Housekeeping Staff who are interested in transitioning into a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role.

While waiting for the CNA class to begin, you will work part-time on-site, gain hands-on experience, and earn a paycheck—all while preparing for a career in healthcare.

CNA Program Details

CNA Class & Work Location:
The Gardens at Easton – Easton, PA

Upcoming CNA Class Dates:
February 23 – March 11

Class Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Attendance is mandatory

  • Any missed time results in automatic failure

Classroom Availability:

  • Classroom access available 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Hybrid CNA Program Structure (PDE Approved)
  • Day 1: 4 hours of in-person lecture

  • 26 hours of lecture content delivered virtually via Google Classroom

    • Accessible during classroom hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Physical textbooks, workbooks, and lab supplies provided

  • Structured and monitored instruction aligned with state competencies

  • 30 hours of in-person lab training

  • 38 hours of in-person clinical training

    • PDE regulations do not allow virtual substitution for lab or clinical hours

Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be hired as a part-time employee at The Gardens at Easton prior to class start

  • Must have reliable transportation

Pre-Class Part-Time Employment (Paid)

Dietary Aide / Cook:

  • Shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Includes weekends

Housekeeping / Laundry:

  • Shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
