Multiple shop locations in Arkansas and Louisiana

The Structural Flux Core Welder is responsible for performing high-quality FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) on structural steel components in a fabrication shop environment. This position reads blueprints and welding symbols, fits and welds structural assemblies to specification, and ensures all work meets AWS, customer, and company quality standards. The Structural Flux Core Welder safely operates welding equipment, maintains productivity, performs visual weld inspections, and follows all OSHA, QA/QC, and safety procedures while supporting the fabrication of heavy industrial steel products.
