Fire Suppression Technician – Data Center Projects

📍 Columbus / New Albany, OH

Overview

We are seeking Fire Suppression Technicians to support large-scale data center projects in the Columbus / New Albany area. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in fire protection systems who are looking to work in high-demand, mission-critical environments.


Top Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with fire protection and suppression systems (installation and maintenance)
  • Ability to read, operate, and troubleshoot fire alarm panels and monitoring systems
  • Understanding of code compliance and maintaining system readiness in live/active environments

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire suppression systems including clean agent and pre-action systems
  • Operate and monitor fire alarm panels, ensuring proper system functionality
  • Perform inspections and ensure systems meet safety and compliance standards
  • Support commissioning and testing of fire protection systems in live environments
  • Respond to issues and perform corrective maintenance as needed
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate system delivery

Qualifications
  • Experience in fire protection, alarm systems, or related field

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
