Description

The client needs multiple OSP Field Inspectors for a huge West Texas Fiber Optic build. This role is responsible for validating construction quality, standards compliance, and safety for all assigned projects. The key responsibilities include the following: o On-site inspection of trenching, plowing, boring, fiber placement, splicing, and restoration o Validate work against engineering drawings and Client construction standards o Global Positioning System (GPS) validation of fiber construction route progress o Document work via photos, redlines, and daily field reports o Track and verify material usage to include sequential for both conduit and fiber o Monitor GC / vendor safety practices o Identify and track defects, variances, or rework requirements and include in the daily field reports o Track and notify Client of any property or other facility damages
