Job description


We’re seeking a Lead Structural Project Engineer to manage complex building design work and guide technical delivery across commercial and vertical construction projects. This role is a strong fit for a licensed structural engineer who can lead design execution, coordinate with project teams, and support high-quality structural solutions from concept through construction documents.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for commercial buildings, high-rise structures, towers, and related vertical construction projects.
• Develop and review structural systems involving steel, concrete, beams, foundations, lateral systems, and seismic design requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, BIM teams, and internal engineering disciplines to support accurate and constructible project deliverables.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Review models, resolve technical design issues, and support project communication through design and construction phases.


Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AISC, concrete design principles, building codes, and seismic requirements.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as ETABS, STAAD, STRUDL, SAP, RISA, or RAM.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, or related design documentation tools.
• Background supporting commercial, multi-story, or large-scale building projects.
• Ability to lead technical work, manage priorities, and coordinate with multi-discipline project teams.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
