Temporary Ferry Engineer Jobs in Illinois (NOW HIRING)

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a large, complex U.S.-focused organization in the food manufacturing / frozen treats space to hire a Director of Total Rewards in Chicago. This Director of Total Rewards opportunity is ideal for a leader who can own compensation strategy while also overseeing benefits programs, partnering closely with senior HR leadership and key stakeholders. In this Director of Total Rewards role, you'll help drive consistency in compensation philosophies and program design across multiple organizations, with strong visibility and meaningful impact in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy and program execution, including market surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluation using Korn Ferry methodology.
  
• Design, refine, and support short-term incentive (STI) programs, long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and other compensation plan designs (including retention and sales incentive programs).
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support offers and compensation decisions.
  
• Align compensation philosophies, structures, and language across multiple organizations to drive consistency and scalability.
  
• Oversee benefits strategy and administration, including open enrollment, vendor management, and market trend analysis.
  
• Provide people leadership for direct reports across compensation and benefits and support broader Total Rewards team resources.
  
• Leverage Oracle HRIS to support Total Rewards processes, reporting, and program administration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience across both Compensation and Benefits in a complex organizational environment.
  
• Expertise in market pricing, incentive design, and managing multiple compensation programs and plan structures.
  
• Experience with Korn Ferry methodology and job evaluation frameworks.
  
• Background in benefits strategy and administration, including open enrollment and vendor management.
  
• Experience working with Oracle HRIS preferred
  
• Ability to lead and develop teams, including managing direct reports.

• Employment Type: Direct Hire
  
• Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000
