Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is a technology company dedicated to serving the US federal government. The Software Engineer will apply computer science principles to design, develop, test, and evaluate software systems for various applications including medical, industrial, and military sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years of professional software development lifecycle experience
• 2+ years of experience in developing with C#/.NET/Python/Java/C++ OR C
• Experience with distributed programming models
• Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining online services
• Experience with building pipelines with azure data factory, creating subscriptions and PowerBIs
• Ability to provide on-call support
• TS/SCI with poly is required for this role
• Active US passport required
