The successful candidate must possess solid leadership, technical, organizational, communication skills, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and a work history that represents increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis.
The right candidate would help us properly structure our information and help with developing integrated reporting. There is a need to be self-motivated and self-efficient. Primary Responsibilities
- Development of predictive models to characterize cost, schedule, and resource variables in the construction environment in Excel and Access
- Development of indicators to show construction project status and forecasts
- Connect to other data sources to collect information for data mining and analysis
- Integrate data sources including cost, procurement, schedule, resources to enable data analytics to assess project risk, status, and trends
- Develop tools to enable users to extract and analyze project information
- Complete administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years related-work experience
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Good analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Software with strong knowledge of Access, Excel and Power BI
- General understanding of project scheduling software Primavera P6
- Self-starter; creates solutions/alternatives; anticipates; acts on facts.
