Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Stocker, you will play an essential role in managing our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position involves assisting with loading and unloading vehicles, verifying loads, and staging orders for deliveries. You will also ride along on deliveries to assist at job sites, stock drywall, maintain inventory levels, and keep delivery and will-call areas organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Verify loads to ensure accuracy.
• Ride along on deliveries to assist at job sites.
• Stage orders for efficient deliveries.
• Stock drywall and maintain inventory levels.
• Keep delivery and will-call areas organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of the yard and warehouse.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move steel and other materials.
• Perform inventory control, including cycle counts.
• Represent the company with high-level customer service.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
