• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that emphasize mobility restoration and functional independence.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a case load of approximately one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress through continuous evaluation and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, home exercises, and healthy lifestyle choices to enhance their overall well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes using our EMR system, specifically WebPT.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, consulting with physicians and referring healthcare practitioners to align treatment goals.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Pro Elite, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and general musculoskeletal issues. Your role will be crucial in guiding patients of different backgrounds and ages through their rehabilitation journeys, ensuring support at every step of the process.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A pristine professional history free from any disciplinary actions affecting your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of therapeutic exercise modalities.
• Proficient in using EMR software, with specific experience in WebPT preferred.

• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Possess strong skills in developing personalized exercise protocols and care plans that cater to individual patient needs.
• Experience in utilizing modern rehabilitation technologies and techniques is a plus.
