  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer-facing groups to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, procedures, and engineering change updates.
  • Support modernization projects and control system upgrades for existing gas turbine installations.
  • Travel to customer sites to support commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities as needed.
  • Continuously build technical expertise in gas turbine technology, industrial automation, and power generation systems.

Essential Skills

  • Motivation to develop a long-term career in gas turbine technology and power generation.

Work Environment

The role is based in a business casual environment within a mid-size high-rise office building, with access to modern engineering tools and industrial control technologies. You will experience a small-company feel with the stability and backing of a larger organization, and you will work on mission-critical technology across the entire product lifecycle, from design through commissioning and field support. The culture emphasizes employee engagement and community, with frequent employee-centric events such as community service activities, picnics, local outings, and team-building events that include contractors. The position offers paid time off and holidays while on contract, and when hired direct, comprehensive retirement benefits and performance bonuses.
