We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Social Creative & Videographer who lives at the intersection of camera and cut. In this role, you will independently shoot and edit high-impact short-form video content-ranging from rapid-turnaround, trend-responsive pieces to premium, brand-defining productions.
You understand the distinct creative nuances of platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and you know how to take a brief, add a distinct point of view, and deliver exceptional visual stories. Based primarily in the Pacific Northwest, this role also involves traveling for production, capturing content on location, and working alongside creators and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Shoot & Edit: Produce engaging short-form video content for social channels-turning around trending pieces within hours while crafting premium, polished content over days or weeks.
  • End-to-End Execution: Translate creative briefs and direction into finished, ready-to-publish video assets independently, managing your own gear, shot lists, and field logistics.
  • Platform Optimization: Tailor visual style, pacing, aspect ratios, and editing techniques specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Field Production & Travel: Capture dynamic content primarily across the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel for flights, destination shoots, events, and creator collaborations.
