Avid Quality Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Registered Nurse (temp) to join our growing team. Position Summary

This role includes managing billing, documentation, training, and overseeing a caseload of approximately 60 consumers. The RN will be responsible for maintaining high-quality care while splitting on-call duties every other week and contracting on-call services two weekends per months. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure optimal care for our clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Employee Training and Delegation
  • On-Call Duties

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Active and valid BLS Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term

care environments.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and

handle multiple tasks.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in training staff in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality care.


Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Assessing clients at multiple sites, including group homes and residential facilities.
