Position Summary

The Regional Director of Marketing & Communications serves as the strategic marketing leader for Brasada Ranch and Foley Wines at Dundee Hills, responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive revenue growth, and increase market share across the resort, wineries, restaurants, events, memberships, real estate, and guest experiences.


As a member of the executive leadership team, this role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Real Estate, and the Corporate Marketing team to develop annual business plans, marketing budgets, and commercial strategies. The Director also provides strategic oversight of agency partners and collaborates with the corporate digital marketing team to execute best-in-class website, SEO, paid media, CRM, social media, public relations, and content initiatives.


Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals across lodging, golf, spa, food & beverage, weddings, meetings, memberships, wineries, events, and real estate. Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize marketing investments to maximize ROI.


Brand Leadership

Champion the positioning of Brasada Ranch and Foley Wines at Dundee Hills by ensuring consistent luxury brand standards, compelling storytelling, and an exceptional guest experience across every marketing channel and guest touchpoint.


Digital Marketing & Agency Management

Provide strategic direction to agency partners while collaborating with the Digital Agency team on website strategy, SEO, paid media, CRM, social media, content marketing, analytics, AI search optimization, and digital performance.


Public Relations & Communications

Lead property marketing communications by partnering with PR agencies on media relations, FAM trips, influencer programs, crisis communications, and earned media opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.


Destination Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

Develop relationships with tourism organizations, community partners, luxury travel advisors, destination marketing organizations, and regional businesses to increase awareness, drive visitation, and create strategic partnerships.


Luxury Real Estate Marketing

Partner with Brasada Ranch Real Estate to support marketing initiatives for luxury homes, homesites, and the residential community while ensuring alignment with the resort's overall brand strategy.


Executive Leadership & Financial Management

Own the annual marketing budget, forecasting process, and monthly financial reporting. Present marketing performance, strategic initiatives, and investment recommendations to executive leadership while ensuring marketing resources are aligned with business priorities.


Team Leadership

Lead and mentor on-property marketing team members while fostering strong collaboration with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, Corporate Marketing, and agency partners to achieve shared business objectives.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within luxury hospitality, destination, lifestyle, winery, or real estate brands.
  • Multi-property or regional marketing experience preferred.
  • Proven success developing revenue-driven marketing strategies and managing agency partnerships.
  • Experience overseeing marketing budgets, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, SEO, paid media, public relations, analytics, and emerging AI marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • MUST RESIDE in Washington State or Oregon State
