Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health Experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• Productivity: 30 per week for registered therapists
• Orientation: 5 days

Location Highlights

Springfield, Illinois offers access to major historic and outdoor destinations, including the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum and Lincoln Home National Historic Site, both located in the city center.
