Scheduling Appointments: Managing patient appointments, rescheduling, and ensuring optimal flow of the day.
Answering Phones: Handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing information about services.
Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Checking in patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments or co-pays.
Insurance Verification: Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and assisting with claims processing.
