Job description

We are seeking to fill a TEMPORARY & PERMANENT NON-CDL DELIVER DRIVER position. This Non-CDL Delivery Driver will be making daily deliveries in the MA/RI area! You will be responsible for safely operating a van or truck with a capacity of up to 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a commercial van and/or Non-CDL box truck
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect vehicle before and after shift
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in delivery driving or other related fields
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic
Must present a neat clean appearance and comply with a dress and conduct code. Must be customer friendly and work well with others. Must be able to read and clearly communicate in the English language. Must have a good driving record and a regular Class D drivers' license or higher. Must be able to pass a physical exam to get DOT Health Card and must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Must be 21+ years old. Must be capable of lifting up to 20 to 50 pounds and agile to climb up and down from a box truck.

Hours: 5:00AM to 6:00AM start times (typical 8 hour shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00+ per hour
