Temporary Mathematics Teacher

Loyola Academy is a Jesuit, Catholic college preparatory school committed to forming women and men for others in service to the Church and the world. Our graduates are religious, intellectually competent, physically fit, loving, open to growth, and committed to doing justice.
Loyola Academy seeks a qualified, temporary Mathematics teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. Anticipated dates of employment areย October 2026 - December 2026 andย March 2027 - May 2027.ย 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The Temporary Mathematics Teacher needs to be a person who models cura personalis with the entire community students, parents, faculty, and staff members.ย  The minimum qualifications required are:

  • Commitment to the principles of Jesuit education as set forth in Loyola Academy's mission statement and the Profile of the Jesuit High School Graduate at Graduation;
  • Ability to teach all levels of Mathematics
  • Effective and positive communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience teaching in a 1:1 iPad environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters preferred
