Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Christ Fellowship Kids Ministry Assistantย provides support and care for every aspect of the Kids Ministry area. This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) temporary role, from mid-September through mid-December.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Involved in selecting and equipping a volunteer team so they can thrive in their assigned roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
  • Ensure weekend and midweek resources are prepared and distributed in preparation for the weekend experience.
  • Supporting weekend and midweek programming as directed.
  • Contributing to Central Team initiative development and implementation as directed by and in cooperation with Central Kids Directors and team.ย 
  • Attending weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.
  • Serve as a PHASE expert.

EDUCATION:

  • Experienced with 1 year in a kids' ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.

Classification: Full-time (40 hours per week), hourly (non-exempt), including weekends and some weeknights.
