Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk with proven SAP experience. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring data from physical and digital documents directly into our SAP system. Your main objective will be maintaining a high level of database accuracy, reconciling data discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

This is a temporary assignment that will last 2 weeks to a month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute data entry: Input high-volume alphabetic and numeric information into the SAP database from source records.
  • Verify information: Cross-reference newly entered information against raw source data to identify and correct typos or entry anomalies.
  • Reconcile discrepancies: Investigate and resolve missing details or conflicting data alongside department supervisors.
  • Manage digital records: Scan, index, and organize physical or PDF documents for easy system retrieval.
  • Generate reporting: Compile and export routine operational or inventory data logs directly out of SAP.
  • Ensure confidentiality: Adhere strictly to company policies to safeguard sensitive internal datasets and customer profiles.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct data entry experience operating in an SAP environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent.
  • Typing Skills: Proven high-speed typing capabilities coupled with exceptional accuracy scores.
  • Software: Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically utilizing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Attention to Detail: Deep analytical skills to spot subtle mismatches in long lists of numbers or lot figures.
