Data Analyst (Temporary, Full-Time)

Concurrent Technologies Corporation

Remote - Candidate must be local to Arlington, VA (National Capital Region)

Minimum Clearance Required: N/A

Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Secret

Employee Background Check Required


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge business needs and data solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into data models, prototypes, and technical specifications.
  • Define what data is needed and how it should be structured to support organizational and program goals with downstream development.
  • Gather and document business and data requirements; identify data gaps and collaborate with developers to refine solutions.
  • Develop conceptual data models and database schemas.
  • Create prototypes (e.g., dashboards, data flows) to validate requirements.
  • Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-6 years' experience developing and leading analytics efforts to include data architecture, business process mapping and solution development.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Department of War or other federal agencies
  • Experience with energy and water utility management issues, especially associated with military installation management
