Job description

HRIS Analyst
LaSalle Network is hiring for an HRIS Analyst to support a major HR technology transformation as an organization transitions from Paylocity to SAP SuccessFactors. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Paylocity expert who knows the platform inside and out and can immediately jump into data extraction, reporting, troubleshooting and conversion activities. The project is moving through its first iteration and multiple rounds of testing, so strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills are critical.
Responsibilities
  • Extract, organize and prepare HR, payroll and employee data from Paylocity for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Navigate Paylocity reporting tools to pull and analyze AIT-specific data
  • Work within the Paylocity Communications tool
  • Support data conversion, imports, exports and testing activities
  • Troubleshoot Paylocity functionality, customer issues and integrations
  • Support the transition of recognition functionality to SuccessFactors
  • Identify Paylocity functionality that should be deactivated as capabilities move to SuccessFactors
  • Assist with security profile setup and functional troubleshooting
  • Support multiple project iterations and testing rounds
  • Organize and manipulate large data sets using Excel

Qualifications
  • Hands-on Paylocity experience is required
  • Paylocity implementation or consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Broad understanding of Paylocity HR and payroll functionality
  • Experience troubleshooting functional and integration issues
  • Experience with Paylocity security profile setup
  • Strong Paylocity reporting, data extraction and import/export experience
  • Ability to extract payroll, HR and employee data from Paylocity
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Copilot for data organization is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HRIS data conversion and testing
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
