Why You Want To Work Here
Join a mission-driven organization supporting some of the largest manufacturing companies and their leaders across the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes by helping a growing sales team maintain a clean, accurate, and reliable database.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and detailed projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Outreach and ZoomInfo while learning how high-quality data supports successful sales and business development efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Review, identify, merge, and remove duplicate contact and company records within Outreach.
  • Clean up duplicate accounts and records created through ZoomInfo imports using established prioritization guidelines.
  • Validate and update contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details.
  • Identify and remove outdated, inactive, bounced, or otherwise invalid records.
  • Research and add missing information to existing contact and company records.
  • Monitor email bounce rates in Outreach and flag potential deliverability issues.
  • Add and maintain a new “Natural Name” field within account profiles.
  • Track and report progress on database cleanup projects regularly.
  • Follow established processes and maintain a high level of accuracy while working with large amounts of data.
  • Work independently and stay focused on repetitive, detail-heavy projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; current students nearing graduation may also be considered.
  • Ability to commit for the duration of the role - approximately 2-3 months.
  • Previous experience working with a CRM, sales database, or sales engagement platform strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing repetitive, meticulous work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a heads-down, project-based environment.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred.
