Job Description

Data Entry Clerk $1,190+ WEEKLY Savard Personnel Group is hiring an experienced Inventory & Data Entry Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Houston. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and data entry skills who can adapt quickly to new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory records
  • Process inventory transactions using ERP systems
  • Assist with inventory control and equipment tracking
  • Maintain organized administrative records and documentation
  • Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) equipment when needed
  • Work with multiple computer systems and learn new software as required
  • Support daily warehouse and administrative operations

Requirements

  • Must have administrative experience
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with RF equipment preferred
  • Available to start immediately if selected
  • English required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
