Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Temporary Licensing Coordinator to join our team!

Expected duration of the assignment is approximately 6 months. This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in our Glenview, IL office.

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Support & Licensing, this individual will be part of a team that supports our agents by processing state appointments and renewals for various lines of business (Credit Life & Health, Agency Life & Health, Special Markets, AD & D). This includes, but is not limited to, performing credit/criminal background checks and completing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional service and support
  • Complete data-entry tasks in a variety of systems
  • Meet established daily performance standards
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
