Job description

Work Environment
Hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.
Post-training, employees can choose from several shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, or 8am-4:30pm. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays after training.
Responsibilities
  • Process customer and service provider payments accurately and within established timelines.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, service partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and process customer reimbursement requests in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor and validate daily wire payment activity, including researching and resolving payment exceptions.
  • Perform reconciliation activities related to customer pricing and payment transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding claim status, payments, and reimbursement activity.
  • Review, verify, and enter claim-related information into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organize and route incoming invoices and supporting documentation to the appropriate teams and systems.
  • Support departmental operations through recordkeeping, filing, and other administrative functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of recent experience in an administrative, claims processing, customer service, data entry, dispatching, or provider support role.
  • Also open to 2026 Graduates with some internship or part-time work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and reimbursement workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
