Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: St. Albans, West Virginia

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15 – $17 / Hour

3-4 Month Contract Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring temporary Data Entry Clerks to support a growing marketing team during busy season. This is a fully onsite role at our clients St. Albans, WV office. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have admin or data entry experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
  • Assist with bulk onboarding and send contracting links
  • Upload documentation to CRM systems
  • Export reports, statements, and contracts from internal portals
  • Prepare and format Excel spreadsheets
  • Create and update profiles and contracts

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Preferred: CRM experience and familiarity with data cleaning/verification tools
