Legacy is looking for Temporary Meter Reading that can work with a talented team to ensure the continued growth of the Company. The Main function of the Temporary Meter Reading position is to is responsible for accurately reading utility meters of the manufactured home community. This role involves working outdoors, walking or driving between locations, and ensuring timely and precise data collection to support billing.
In this role you will:
  • Conduct manual utility meter reads throughout the community.
  • Record meter readings following company procedures.
  • Inspect meters for damage, tampering, or irregularities and report issues.
  • Verify meter numbers and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Follow established routes and schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Interact with residents professionally when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
