Job description

Temporary Data Entry Clerk

Looking for a Temporary Data Entry Clerk with high proficiency in Excel to assist our HR department. The candidate should be local as initially, there will be a requirement to be on site at least twice a week.

Temp Tasks:

  • Assist with benefit data entry into the Lawson system
  • Assist with new hire data input and validation
  • Assist with creating applicant Kronos (employee payroll) numbers in Lawson
  • Assist with development and review of reporting

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Excel and comfort using formulas—comfort using formulas is a must if the individual is going to assist us efficiently with Excel tasks because our regular duties have become too large to "hand check" everything. Historically temps who have struggled with formulas have not done well with Excel tasks in general.
  • Experience using the Adobe PDF editor to add text to a document and add/remove pages and images from a PDF
