A growing organization in the insurance industry is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Representative. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a customer service professional who enjoys helping customers, managing accurate records, and working in a structured contact center environment.
This role offers the chance to join a supportive team with clear processes, strong leadership, and opportunities to build knowledge in insurance services and regulated customer support. The position is customer service-focused, with no outbound sales responsibilities. You will handle inbound inquiries, review documentation, update internal systems, and help ensure customers receive accurate, timely support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information, solutions, and support.
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email while maintaining a positive service experience.
- Make outbound calls to insurance agents and brokers as needed to verify information and resolve documentation questions.
- Review customer documentation, update records, and maintain accurate notes in internal systems.
- Perform high-volume alpha-numeric data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
