  • Identify relevant datasets to support business questions

Data Management & Structuring

  • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Maintain data integrity across reporting platforms

  • Support data governance (definitions, mapping, system alignment)

  • Assist in maintaining data structures and data warehouse usability

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Analyze datasets using statistical methods, trend analysis, and modeling

  • Identify inefficiencies, patterns, and improvement opportunities

  • Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations

  • Partner with leadership across operations, sales, engineering, and finance

Reporting, Dashboards & KPI Development

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel

  • Develop KPI tracking aligned with company goals

  • Create clear, user friendly reports for non technical stakeholders

  • Integrate reporting into ERP/CRM systems where applicable

AI Enablement & Automation Leadership

  • Support adoption and use of AI tools across the organization

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and workflows

  • Assist in developing AI driven tools, agents, or process improvements

  • Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to business operations

IT Liaison & Systems Support (Outsourced IT Coordination)

  • Act as internal point of contact for outsourced IT support provider

  • Manage and triage IT helpdesk tickets

  • Coordinate issue resolution with external partners

  • Support new hire onboarding setup: user accounts and system access, ERP/CRM permissions, email and hardware/software readiness

Strategic Impact Responsibilities

  • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual processes

  • Increase visibility into key business metrics across departments

  • Enable data driven decision making at all levels

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with measurable insights

  • Bridge communication between technical systems and business teams

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science/Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 4 to 5 years of experience preferred in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role

  • High potential candidates with 2 to 3 years of strong, relevant experience may be considered

Technical Skills

  • Advanced to Expert Excel, including Power Query (ETL, data transformation), Power Pivot (data modeling, multi source datasets), and complex formulas and large dataset management

  • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, filtering, query optimization)

  • Power BI (dashboard development and visualization)

  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar)
