This position provides a strong foundation in data center operations, beginning with participation in the deployment and infrastructure build phase, where you will assist with hardware installation, structured cabling, and system bring-up. As the environment transitions into steady-state operations, you will continue to support day-to-day activities focused on maintaining reliability, performance, and operational consistency.

You will work closely with senior technicians, engineers, and site leadership to execute operational tasks, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. This role is well-suited for technicians looking to expand their technical skillset and grow within a fast-paced, production-critical environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, making clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal) essential for success in this role.

This role offers continuity across both deployment and operational phases, providing valuable experience and a clear path for technical growth within a critical infrastructure program.

Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records using ITSM/DCIM tools

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and security protocols

Support the transition from deployment to steady-state operations

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality task execution

Participate in on-call rotation supporting 24x7 operations

Required Skills
