Description

Our customer is looking for a Sr. level data analyst with expertise in AEM and CJA.. Culture statement – Our team works collaboratively to set and follow standards across our individual product domains. We are motivated, self-starters willing to push our limits to obtain the best outcomes.

Team Composition – Small team, 60% FTE, 40% contractors

Key Stakeholders – Product Management, UX, Marketing & Platform Teams

Key Partners – web development, platform configuration, marketing

Team Purpose – support the implementation of behavioral usage tracking that allows our team to provide progress toward OKRs and usage insights to help Product make data-driven decisions regarding web needs.

Reason for request – align a Data Analyst a sub-section of our member web experience product team.

Motivators – team realignments happening during 2025 will require an Analyst that is confident in digging into this sub-set of experiences to assist product in showing the value of their deliveries.

Major deliverables to support our process: formulate requirements (business questions), tech spec (what data you need), QA guide (data integrity), feature-level dashboard that measures and shows progress toward defined OKRs, validation of data in the dashboard, presentation of analysis/outcomes and next steps/recommendations.

The following activities support these deliverables:

• Attend daily standup with rotation of 1 of 6 agile development teams

• Attend design reviews for new development work to get an understanding of the purpose and begin to formulate needed measurements to show progress toward success

• Attend bi-weekly Data Analytics touch base to discuss ad hoc reporting needs that may come in from health plan/business stakeholders

• Facilitate ad hoc design/requirements reviews with Analytics team members to maintain alignment in tracking standards across our team.

• At least weekly discussion with Analytics Launch Developer to kick start any coordination that will be needed between the Agile Development Teams and Analytics Launch Developer

Must haves:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.

Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements.

Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance.

Proficiency in data visualization, demonstrating value without relying on traditional sales data.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with user experience (UX) design principles

Performance indicators: on time delivery of requirements; on time completion of dashboards that demonstrate value of web projects; effective collaboration with business partners (ability to manage scope creep, reduce cycles to final product by working with stakeholders to define outputs and remain aligned throughout life of the project).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with custom project creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

Experience in the health care industry

Proficiency in designing wireframes or mockups using tools like Miro or Figma

Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
