The Hybrid Assembler A completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.

Additional Information
This position may require access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.  As a condition of any job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you may need to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of Environmental operations.

Knowledge of fine and gross leak testing.

Tackweld, pre-pind testing and Particle impact noise detection (PIND).

Temp Cycling and Centrifuge of Micro-Electronic packages and assemblies.

Loading of vacuum ovens and Hermetic Lid sealing.

  • Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures
  • Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing
  • Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions
  • Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment
  • Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work
  • Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
